Free Shipping on all orders!

Tax

A 6% Michigan Sales tax will be applied to all orders.

Returns/Exchanges

Price adjustments on previously purchased merchandise are not allowed. 

There are no cancellations. All orders placed on the website will be processed once you complete the checkout process. However, we'll do our best to accommodate you if you need to make changes. Please contact us within 24 hours from the date of your order.

 

We at Mira Estell want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may contact Mira Estell for a exchange of the unused item, in its original condition and packaging, and proof of purchase, within 10 days of your purchase. We will only exchange product purchased on www.miraestell.com.


 
MIRA ESTELL PRODUCT GUARANTEE

We at Mira Estell stand behind the quality of our product. All items are handmade with the highest quality and attention to detail.

We will repair free of charge any manufacturing defects within 60 days of your purchase. You must provide proof of purchase for this service. After the 60 days there is a shipping and handling charge of $50.00 for each item submitted for repair. We take all major credit cards. Mira Estell reserves the right to modify its product guarantee at any time.

INSTRUCTIONS

For all repairs and exchanges please email miraestell@gmail.com. We will gladly help you. When your repair or exchange is approved you will be issued a  Return number, please include a copy of this Return number with your return for tracking purposes. Items will not be processed without a Return number issued by Mira Estell.  

For exchanges, once the item is received and approved the exchange of your new order will be shipped via ground shipping. Please allow two to three weeks processing time.  

For repairs, once the item is received the item will be sent for repair. Once the item is repaired it will be sent back to you via ground shipping. Please note that it takes 4-6 weeks from the time we receive your damaged item for processing. 

Shipping Instructions: 

For items being sent to Mira Estell, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS.  

Address to mail the repair or exchange items will be provided with the Return number.

Mira Estell reserves the right to modify our exchange and return policy at any time.
